As a warehouse employee in Ridderkerk, you ensure that all fresh products are ready on time and in perfect condition to end up in everyone's refrigerator. Thanks to your efforts, production continues to run smoothly and efficiently. Good work!
Over de functie
Whether you are packing salads or ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, you and your team are responsible for quality and freshness. No two days are the same: the variety keeps you active and your working day flies by. A hands-on job full of energy.
Your duties will include:
- Lifting and stacking boxes on pallets
- Handling materials and tools such as knives and cutters safely
- Carefully packing ready-made salads according to guidelines
The warehouse is open 6 days a week, so flexibility is important. There are 3 shifts:
- Morning: 06:00/08:00 to 15:00/17:00
- Afternoon: 14:00 to 23:00
- Night: 21:00 to 05:00
Wat wij vragen
- You speak Dutch or English
- You have experience in production
- You are willing to work shifts
Wat wij bieden
- Gross hourly wage of €14.40
- 25% bonus from 19:00 tot 23:00, and an additional 40% for night shifts
- 35% bonus if you work more than 38 hours per week; this occurs regularly and your flexibility will be rewarded!
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km, from 10 km
- Holiday pay and holiday hours
- Weekly payment
