Over de functie
As a Production Operator at this company, you play a crucial role in our production process. You operate and monitor packaging machines, perform quality checks, and ensure that production runs smoothly.
Your responsibilities:
- Operate and set up packaging machines
- Perform quality checks
- Carry out machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues
Working hours: Full-time, 3-shift system from Monday to Friday:
- Morning: 06:00 – 14:45
- Afternoon: 14:00 – 22:45
- Night: 22:00 – 06:45
Occasional weekend work? Of course, with extra compensation!
Wat wij vragen
- Experience in production, preferably in the food industry or as an operator
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot packaging machines
- Good command of English (spoken)
- Accurate and efficient working in a dynamic environment
Wat wij bieden
- Starting at €15.65 per hour, depending on experience, with potential to increase to €15.97 per hour
- Shift allowance: +14% for 2-shift work, +19% for 3-shift work
- Extra allowances: +30% for working Saturdays, +100% for public holidays
- 8% holiday allowance
