About the function
At DHL Freight, forklift drivers play a key role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly — they don’t just move goods, but also ensure safe, timely, and efficient operations by thinking ahead, making smart decisions, and working with independence, accuracy, and awareness.
As a forklift operator, your daily tasks will include:
- Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift
- Sorting, scanning, and placing shipments
- Handling irregular goods (e.g., damaged packaging, incorrect labels)
- Keeping the workspace clean and following safety rules
DHL Freight Eindhoven operates 7 days a week, offering flexibility to work during weekdays or weekends in two shifts:
- Morning shift: 07:30 – 16:00
- Afternoon shift: 16:00 – 00:30
Rotating shifts provide a balanced schedule and a great opportunity for bonus earnings depending on your working hours!
What we need
- A valid forklift license and relevant work experience
- English or Dutch language skills
- Good physical condition
- Willingness to work full-time in a shift schedule

What we offer
- Salary of 14.48€ per hour
- Bonus of 30% when working from 18:00
- Weekend compensation up to 200%
- Travel allowance of up to €0.23 per km (maximum of 22 km)
- Annual salary increase starting January 1st
