About the function
Join the production team in Rotterdam, where you’ll assemble essential components like screws, fittings, and seals for high-quality frames and structures. Your daily work will involve installing handles and hardware, checking the quality of windows and components, and following technical documentation to ensure everything meets high standards. You’ll work in a clean production environment with a supportive team atmosphere. Shifts are organized to keep things moving smoothly: 06:30 – 15:00, 15:00 – 23:30, or 23:30 – 06:30 (if a 3-shift schedule applies). Main responsibilities include:
- Assembling components with precision and care
- Installing handles and hardware in frames and structures
- Performing quality checks on windows and parts
- Following technical documentation and work instructions
- Working closely with team members to meet production targets
- Keeping your workspace organized and safe
- Reporting any issues or improvements to supervisors You’ll work full-time in a well-equipped facility, with shifts that rotate according to the production schedule.
What we need
- Basic English or Dutch (spoken and written)
- At least 0 to 1 year of experience in a similar production role (e.g., assembly worker, production operator, manufacturing assistant)
- Willingness to work shifts (2- or 3-shift schedule)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks
- Own accommodation in the Rotterdam area
- Good motivation and ability to work in a team
- Driver's license is a plus
