About the function
As a Machine Operator, you’ll be a vital part of our 9-person production team, reporting directly to the Shift Leader. Your main focus will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes, including both Injection and Blow Moulding. In this dynamic role, you’ll:
Analyze and report machine stops and faults identified by control equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions independently
Perform product changes, such as mould conversions
Conduct daily product testing in accordance with production and safety regulations
This is a 5-shift position, perfect for someone who is highly flexible, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
What we need
We’re looking for someone with solid technical skills and a positive, can-do attitude. To succeed in this role, you should have:
Experience as a machine operator
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and grow
Good communication skills in Dutch or English (both is a plus)
Your own transportation (bike, scooter, or car), as the role requires high flexibility
