About the function
Omschrijving As a Production Worker in Alblasserdam, you’ll be active every day in a modern production hall. You’ll keep the production lines running smoothly and help with packing, checking, and preparing various products for shipment. You collaborate with colleagues and step in to solve minor issues when needed. You like to take initiative and spot what needs to be done. With your dedication, you contribute to the team’s results. Your workplace is clean, safe, and organized, so you can always work comfortably.
Operate and monitor production machines Pack and prepare products for shipment Perform quality checks Solve simple malfunctions Keep your workspace clean Work together with colleagues on the production line You’ll work on weekdays from Monday to Friday, during the day and occasionally into the early evening.
What we need
Eisen VMBO working and thinking level (pre-vocational secondary education) Between 0 and 1 year of experience as a production worker, machine operator, or assembly worker Able to do physically demanding work and stand for long periods Basic spoken English skills Living in the Alblasserdam area (maximum 20 km away) Willing to work full-time (40-45 hours per week) and also in 3 different shifts.
