We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Vessem. You will make sure parts, materials and outbound shipments are processed flawlessly in a high-tech production environment. Salary €2500 – €3000 gross per month, plus 8% holiday allowance and 30 vacation days.
About the function
Do you ensure that materials are always available in the right place at the right time? As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in a high-tech production environment, making sure that parts, materials and outbound shipments are processed flawlessly, so that production runs smoothly and customers worldwide are served on time.
You are responsible for efficiently managing the flow of goods within the organisation and work closely with colleagues in logistics, production and assembly. Precision, teamwork and a sense of ownership are key in this role.
What will you do?
- Receive, inspect and record incoming goods
- Carry out quality checks, measurements and damage inspections
- Store materials in logical locations within the warehouse
- Pick parts for production and customer orders
- Pack and prepare domestic and international shipments, including export documentation
- Carry out stock checks, inventory counts and administrative processing in the WMS and ERP systems
What we need
- Completed MBO in Logistics or a comparable field
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar warehouse position
- Experience with order picking in a manufacturing or assembly environment
- Proven experience with WMS and ERP systems
- Experience working according to the 5S principle
- Interest in technology or a technical production environment is a plus
- Experience with quality control and measurements is a plus
- Good command of English is a plus
- Precise, responsible and a natural team player who spots opportunities to improve logistics processes

The company has around 135 employees, is part of a large international technology group, and has a production facility in Vessem.
