Process operator

As a Runner, you play a key role in the smooth operation of our production line. You ensure that parts and materials are in the right place at the right time, communicate clearly with different teams, and step in to solve problems before they escalate.

Your main tasks:

• Transporting materials: You collect parts and deliver them quickly, safely, and efficiently to the correct machine or department.

• Searching and solving: Missing a part? You find out where it is, take action, or escalate when necessary.

• Connecting departments: You work closely with the Integrated Product Team (IPT), planning, and logistics to keep things running smoothly.

• Thinking ahead: You identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and actively contribute to more efficient workflows.

• Using systems: You use tools like scanners, Microsoft Teams, and Pathfinder to track part status and log your actions.

• Clear communication: You keep colleagues informed and act when delays threaten the process.

No two days are the same – sometimes you’re physically moving parts around, other times you're solving process issues. It’s a dynamic role with impact and room for initiative.
