About the function
As a Grocery Delivery Driver, you’ll head out daily to deliver online grocery orders to customers in and around Oud Gastel. You’ll start your day at the warehouse, loading your van with care. Then, you’ll follow your route and deliver groceries right to customers’ doors. You are the face of the company and always provide friendly service. You work independently but stay in touch with colleagues both in the warehouse and on the road. Your work environment is a modern warehouse, and you’ll drive a clean, well-maintained delivery van. You work on weekdays and occasionally on weekends. Working hours are typically between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, depending on your schedule.
- Deliver groceries to customers' homes or workplaces
- Carefully load orders into the van
- Deliver groceries to customers in a friendly and tidy way
- Check that the order is complete before delivery
- Communicate with dispatch and colleagues when needed
- Keep your delivery van neat Working days and hours are flexible, but you’ll average 36 to 40 hours per week.
What we need
- Valid category B driver’s license
- VMBO working and thinking level (pre-vocational secondary education)
- Preferably some experience as a delivery driver, courier, or chauffeur, but starters are welcome
- Good command of Dutch and customer-oriented attitude
- Able to work independently and reliably
- Living in or near Oud Gastel
- Available for 36 to 40 hours per week
