About the function
As a mechanic at Oxbo, you will work on the construction of the largest and coolest agricultural machinery. Every machine is different and thereforeno day is the same. So are you a technical talent with a passion for tinkering? And do you like to work with the latest tools and the nicest colleagues? IN SHORT
Youassemble the parts of the agricultural machines on the basis of technical drawings. You will work on the mechanical and/or hydraulic construction of agricultural machinery.
What we need
- You have completed at least an MBO 2 education in a technical direction or have reached a comparable level through work experience;
- You can assemble parts independently on the basis of a technical drawing;
- You are competent, work meticulously and like to deliver quality;
- You have a command of the English language. This is important for safety in the workplace.
- Hoisting license is an advantage
What we offer
- Salary in accordance with the Metalektro collective labor agreement and based on experience and age; €2.400 – €3.400

About the company
It happens in Roosendaal; this is where all the machines that Oxbo makes are designed and produced. From cutting and bending the metal sheets to spraying and assembling into a machine that drives out of the shed here, ready for its adventure at the customer.
With 18,000 m2 of production space, the location where you will be working is a true Valhalla if you like technology. The engineers design and draw the machines and everything is made on the floor. We have spacious workplaces, everyone has their own tools and we invest in machines that support the production process. The support departments such as service, sales, finance and HR are also located in Roosendaal.
In 1959 Oxbo started as Ploeger Machines in Roosendaal and since then we have grown into an international company with customers in 40 countries around the world. Through various acquisitions and collaborations, we now have around 1,400 employees, spread over 14 factory locations and 13 service locations in North and South America, France, England and the Netherlands. The head office? That is still in Roosendaal.
