About the function
As an Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality mechanical and mechatronic products in a modern cleanroom environment. Together with your team, you will contribute to products that are used in some of the world's most advanced industries.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assembling mechanical and mechatronic components according to technical drawings and work instructions
- Performing quality inspections to ensure products meet the highest standards
- Identifying and reporting deviations during the assembly process
- Working accurately in a cleanroom environment while following safety and quality procedures
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve daily production goals
- Contributing to continuous improvement and maintaining a clean, organized workplace
You'll receive a comprehensive onboarding program and hands-on training to help you develop your technical skills and succeed in your new role.
What we need
To succeed in this role, you have:
- An MBO degree in a technical field or comparable technical work experience
- Experience with mechanical, technical, or precision assembly
- The ability to read technical drawings and work instructions
- A strong eye for detail and a quality-focused mindset
- Cleanroom experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (preferred)
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule
- Good command of the Dutch or English language
