For our location in Enkhuizen, we are looking for a proactive and service-minded Facility Support Coordinator to support daily site activities during an important period of workplace transformation.
About the function
In this role, you will help with the implementation of the new office environment, support the introduction of the unmanned reception concept, assist with workplace services, and ensure that employees and visitors receive the best possible support.
DescriptionAs a Facility Support Coordinator, you will support the Facility Coordinator with various daily activities and help ensure that the workplace runs smoothly. You will be an important point of contact for employees and visitors and will contribute to creating a professional, welcoming and well-organized working environment.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Facility Coordinator with daily facility activities.
- Assisting with the implementation of the new office environment.
- Supporting the introduction of the unmanned reception concept.
- Providing support with workplace services and daily site activities.
- Helping employees and visitors with their questions and requests.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Helping to identify and solve practical issues in a proactive and solution-oriented way.
- Keeping an overview of activities and ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
