As a Customer Support / Order to Cash Specialist, you ensure a seamless order flow for customers across Europe and the Middle East. If you’re proactive, organized, and ready to make an impact in healthcare logistics, we’d love to meet you!

About the function

You’ll be the main contact for hospitals, distributors, and the company's affiliates during the entire order-to-cash process. From order entry to invoicing, you make sure everything runs on time and according to regulations. Working closely with departments like Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs, you help deliver excellent service to every customer.

What you’ll do:

  • Handle customer requests and questions about products, orders, and deliveries.
  • Manage the full Order-to-Cash and reverse logistics process, including order entry in SAP, confirmations, export documents, and invoicing.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure stock and transport are on track.
  • Support Sales with quotes and tender responses.
  • Process complaints quickly and professionally.
  • Work with Finance and Export Control to ensure timely billing and compliance.

What we need

  • MBO+/HBO level of education with relevant experience in customer service, logistics, or order management.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch, Spanish and English.
  • Strong understanding of export regulations and international trade procedures.
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
  • A proactive, structured, and hands-on approach.
  • Customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
