About the function
As a Quality Control Officer, you play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality, safety and compliance throughout the production process. Working closely with laboratory, QA and production teams, you help identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to building efficient, reliable and high-quality processes.
- Monitor and control product and process quality, including sample preparation, laboratory coordination and evaluation of test results
- Ensure full product traceability by accurately registering and monitoring product flows from receipt through to customer delivery
- Identify and communicate quality deviations in a timely manner, providing clear recommendations and supporting corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement and compliance by maintaining hygiene, safety and quality standards and contributing to process, system and product development
What we need
- MBO+/HBO level of education, preferably in Food Technology or a related field
- Proficiency in Dutch language and English language as well
- Experience in a food production environment
- Knowledge of HACCP, BRC, IFS or GMP quality standards
- Accurate, structured and proactive approach, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
