About the function
As a production worker, you will support the sorting and packaging of fresh paprika. You’ll work in a temperature-controlled warehouse and perform simple yet essential tasks to maintain product quality and meet customer expectations.
Your tasks include:
Cutting paprika stems and sorting by color
Supplying machines with products and materials using carts
Packing peppers into boxes (bulk or retail packaging)
Visual quality checks during the packing process
Stacking boxes on pallets and keeping your station clean
Working hours:Monday to Saturday | 06:00–17:00 (Sunday is usually free, but occasional weekend work may be required based on rotation)
What we need
Basic understanding of English
Available for long-term work (high season: March/April to November)
Able to work standing and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to follow hygiene and safety instructions
Own accommodation
What we offer
- Hourly rate €14.10 + shift supplements
- 125% between 23:00 - 06:00
- Sunday work surcharge 200%
