About the function
As a production worker, you'll play an essential role in preparing healthy and fresh products to customers every day. You'll work with precision to maintain consistently high quality standards. The work is active, varied, and gives you the chance to develop your skills in a friendly team environment.
Your tasks will include:
- Manual and/or machine cutting, peeling, and preparing fresh fruit and vegetables
- Assembling and packing salads, meals, and other products
- Weighing, labeling, and sealing with accuracy
- Keeping your workstation clean and safe
Working schedule:
- Monday to Saturday (5 days per week, with 1–2 days off)
- Start time around 06:00, finishing between 16:00–17:00
- Occasionally a later start, depending on production needs
What we need
- Basic knowledge of English or Dutch
- Comfortable working in a cool environment (around 5°C)
- Previous production or food industry experience is a plus
- Motivated, precise, and a real team player
What we offer
- €14.40 gross per hour
- Overtime pay 135% after 38 hours per week → €19.44 per hour
- Travel allowance of €0.23/km from 10 km
- E-bike available for longer commuting distances
- Holiday allowance 8.3%
- Stable, long-term employment with weekly schedules
