About the function
As a Seed Operations Conditioning Specialist, you are responsible for cleaning, upgrading, and disinfecting high-quality seed lots. This is done manually or with the use of highly specialized equipment. You report directly to the team leader.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Detecting deviations in seed quality and taking proactive steps to resolve issues
- Fine-tuning specialized equipment using work instructions
- Taking samples from processed seed lots
- Registering batch characteristics of a seed lot
- Performing a physical appearance assessment of the seeds
- Determining moisture content and Thousand Seed Weight
Working Days:
Full-time, Monday through Friday
What we need
- Completed MBO education
- Forklift (Heftruck) certificate
- Proactive attitude in identifying and solving quality issues on the spot
- Flexible regarding shift work, overtime, or peak periods
- Capable of executing cleaning, upgrading, drying, and disinfection processes
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficient in Dutch
