About the function
As a Production worker, you are an essential link on the production floor. Every day, you work together with your colleagues to ensure the production process runs smoothly and safely. Your tasks are varied: you operate and monitor production machines, carry out light machine operator duties, and make sure raw materials and supplies are always refilled. You pay close attention to product quality and immediately report any malfunctions or deviations. Of course, you keep your workspace clean and safe, following all safety and quality guidelines.
You’ll be working in a modern and clean manufacturing environment where teamwork is key. You’ll work in a 5-shift system, meaning your working hours vary. The working days and times follow the 5-shift roster, ensuring a good balance between work and free time.
What we need
- Preferably, you have experience in a production environment
- You have an affinity for technology or machine operation
- You are willing to work in a 5-shift system
- You work accurately and have an eye for quality
- You have a good command of Dutch or English
- You are motivated, independent, and a real team player
