As a Production Team Leader in De Meern, you will manage a team, optimize processes, and directly contribute to the success of a growing organization. About the function
As a Production Team Leader, you will be actively involved on the shop floor in a modern production environment. You are responsible for leading, coaching, and developing your team, ensuring that the production process runs efficiently and according to plan.
You maintain oversight, monitor progress, and take proactive action when needed. In addition, you ensure quality standards are met, identify improvement opportunities, and resolve operational bottlenecks. You act as the first point of contact for your team and work closely with other departments within the organization.
This position operates in a 3-shift system (morning, evening, and night), offering variety and a dynamic work schedule.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and coach production employees on the shop floor
- Monitor production planning and progress
- Perform quality checks and initiate improvements
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks
- Train and onboard new employees
- Report to the Production Manager
What we need
- Minimum MBO (vocational) working and thinking level
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (team leader, supervisor, or shift leader)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (including Outlook)
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
- Critical, quality-focused, and able to motivate employees positively
- Experience with coaching and team development
- Living within a 40 km radius of De Meern

- Salary between €3,000 and €4,000 gross per month (depending on experience)
- Full-time position (36–42 hours per week)
