Are you a precise operator who enjoys working with modern production lines? In this role, you will be responsible for operating and setting up machines, monitoring the production process and checking product quality. You will work as part of a dedicated production team and contribute to a safe, efficient and smooth production process.
About the function
As a Production Operator, you will work with modern production lines. You will be responsible for operating machines correctly, monitoring the process and ensuring the quality of the finished product.
What we need
Your responsibilities
- Operating and setting up production lines.
- Monitoring the production process.
- Checking product quality.
- Performing minor maintenance and resolving simple machine issues.
- Recording production data.
- Communicating information during shift handovers.
- Identifying and reporting deviations and problems.
- Following safety and production procedures.
- Working closely with the production team.
- Contributing to process optimisation.

- Gross salary of €2,697–€3,806 per month, depending on experience and knowledge.
- Full-time employment – 40 hours per week.
- 12% shift allowance for a 2-shift system or 21.5% for a 3-shift system.
- 200 vacation hours and 4 ATV days per year.

- 8% holiday allowance.
- Travel allowance from 10 km one way.

Requirements
- MBO-level education or equivalent work experience.
- Production experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of operating and setting up machines.
- Accurate and responsible approach to work.
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to work in a 2- or 3-shift system.
- Willingness to work with the company on a long-term basis.
