Production Line Operator in Waalwijk

Fresh vegetables and fruit are delivered straight from the fields to our factory in Waalwijk, ready to be cleaned, sorted, packaged, frozen, and stored. Together with your team, you are responsible for the production process and for monitoring the flow on the line. You will guide new colleagues on the work floor to ensure they get off to a flying start. Your technical insight will come in handy when installing, operating, and maintaining machinery. You identify bottlenecks and take action in time. You instruct colleagues on the line to ensure the production process runs smoothly. Together with the team of operators, you’ll participate in team meetings and improvement projects.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring the production schedule

• Identifying and resolving process deviations

• Performing quality checks

• Troubleshooting and preventing malfunctions

• Ensuring safety, cleanliness, order, and hygiene at the workplace

Your development won’t stand still! An internal training program to become an operator is available if you don’t yet have the necessary experience. Even if you're already experienced in this field, Oerlemans Foods supports your development and growth.

Working hours:You will work in a 3-shift rotation schedule: morning (06:00–14:00), afternoon (14:00–22:00), and night (22:00–06:00). A generous shift allowance is provided!
