About the function
As a Greenhouse Production Worker, you will help orchids and anthuriums grow into strong, beautiful plants. You’ll work in a constant, comfortable temperature of 21°C inside the greenhouse hall. This is standing work, where precision and care are important. Together with your colleagues, you make sure plants stay healthy and ready for customers worldwide.
Your tasks include:
- Cutting leaves with a knife and taking daily care of plants
- Performing quality checks on orchids and anthuriums
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized workplace
- Following hygiene and safety rules
- Supporting an efficient and smooth work process
Work schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 06:45 – 16:00
- Friday: 06:45 – 12:00
What we need
- Motivation to work with plants – experience is a plus, but not required
- You speak Dutch or English
- Physically fit and able to do standing work
- Accurate, reliable, and able to work independently
What we offer
- Gross hourly wage of €14.40
- Overtime bonus: €19.44 per hour (135% after 38 hours per week)
- Travel allowance: €0.23/km
