About the function
Take the lead on the shop floor as a Production Foreman, actively working alongside your team while ensuring smooth operations, motivated colleagues, and top-quality production!
Your responsibilities include:
- Actively participating in the production process alongside your team
- Serving as the main point of contact for your team during the shift
- Monitoring the production process and intervene in case of malfunctions
- Supporting colleagues, foster teamwork, and contribute ideas for improvements
Work schedule (two-shift system):
- Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:45
- Afternoon shift: 14:45 – 23:30
What we need
- You are a natural point of contact and communicate well with colleagues
- You have technical insight and work in a structured way
- You have knowledge of HACCP and food safety (a plus)
- You are proactive and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- You speak good English and are available to work in a 2-shift system

What we offer
- Competitive salary: €3,152 – €3,480 gross per month depending on your experience (including 15% shift allowance)
- Paid every 4 weeks + travel allowance
- 25 vacation days + 13 ADV days (based on a 40-hour workweek)
- Travel reimbursement from 10 km: €0.23 per km (maximum 30 km one way)
