Learn a new trade while getting paid from day one. You will be paired with a permanent buddy who will guide you step by step on the work floor. No previous experience is required: you will receive paid internal training, work in a 3-shift system and have every weekend off. After one year, you will join the client directly on their own contract. Good work!
About the function
As a Production Employee, you and your colleagues make sure the production process continues to run smoothly. You check the products coming out of production, process and pack them according to the required quality standards and prepare everything for further processing or transport.
During your shift, you keep a close eye on whether everything is running according to plan. You record production data, identify deviations and make sure materials are replenished on time. Keeping your workplace and the machines clean and safe is also part of your responsibility.
You will receive paid training and guidance on the work floor so you can properly learn the tasks, machines and safety procedures.
Your main tasks
- Checking products according to quality requirements
- Packing and processing finished products
- Preparing products for further processing or transport
- Recording production information such as progress and waste
- Identifying and reporting deviations during production
- Replenishing materials and supplies
- Keeping the workplace and machines clean and organised
- Working together with colleagues to keep production running smoothly
Working hours
You work in a fixed rotating 3-shift schedule:
- 5 morning shifts: 06:00 to 14:00
- 5 afternoon shifts: 14:00 to 22:00
- On Friday, the afternoon shift continues until 00:00
- 4 night shifts: 22:00 to 06:00
After your final night shift, you are off from Friday morning at 06:00 until Monday afternoon at 14:00. You then start again with the afternoon shift.
What we need
- Good command of Dutch and/or English
- Available for all shifts in the 3-shift schedule
- Able to travel independently to the work location in Zevenhuizen at all shift times
- Willing to learn new tasks
- Motivated and enthusiastic
- No experience? No problem. You will receive a buddy who will teach you the job

What we offer
- €18.11 gross per hour, including 20% shift allowance and ADV allowance
- 1 hour of break time per day, of which 30 minutes is paid by the employer
- An average working week of 38 hours in a 3-shift system
- Paid internal training and good guidance on the work floor
- Direct employment with the client after one year
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre
- 25 holiday days and 8% holiday allowance
