About the function
As an Operator B in Etten-Leur, you are responsible for independently operating an advanced production line within a manufacturing environment. You lead your colleagues at the line and ensure production runs smoothly and safely. You will work with prescribed materials listed on the production order and check products according to fixed procedures. You also fill out the relevant forms for your line completely and correctly. You monitor the technical condition of the machine, solve minor technical faults yourself or call in the Technical Service if necessary. In addition, you will—together with the Technical Service—convert the machine when needed, check the first products, and release them together with Operator A if they meet specifications. Safe work and keeping your workspace tidy are second nature to you. You work in a close-knit team where collaboration and innovation are important. The working days are Monday through Friday, daytime in a day shift.
What we need
- At least a completed Vapro A diploma or MBO level 2/comparable working and thinking level
- Affinity with technology, for example as an Operator, Machine Operator, or Technical Production Worker
- Preferably 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position within manufacturing
- You are stress-resistant, flexible, and work accurately
- You show ownership, are innovative, and like to work in a team
- You have a good command of Dutch and English
