Become a full-time Operations Specialist in Enkhuizen! In this role, you play a crucial part in processing customer orders. You aim to exceed customer expectations or at the very least, meet them. About the function
You will be available to support various squads in order to manage peak periods and challenges in other teams. The different squads within Enkhuizen, Operational Coaches, and Unit Leads are your key stakeholders. You will report to the Unit Lead in this role.Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Packing or repacking seeds manually or with machines, based on work orders
- Carrying out basic quality checks (both physical and visual) and applying the four-eyes principle
- Identifying deviations in the broadest sense, including seed quality, machinery, or workspace issues, and reporting them appropriately to the supervisor
- Picking and placing orders using picklists and completing the necessary administrative tasks
- Participating in team meetings (e.g. daily stand-ups) to create, execute, and evaluate strong planning (sprints)
- Identifying process deviations and taking (or initiating) actions to resolve and/or improve them
What we need
- MBO working and thinking level
- Relevant work experience with seed pilling and treatment
- Good command of spoken and written Dutch
- Pragmatic and proactive attitude
- Flexible mindset to assist other teams and/or work various shifts or overtime
