Are you technically savvy and do you have a keen eye for detail? Then we are looking for you as our new Machine Operator who gets energy from working in the dynamic world of food. At this company in Berkel en Rodenrijs, one of the most popular nuts in the world is processed into an end product: almonds!
About the function
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for a smooth running production process. You operate and set up machines that roast, chop and pack almonds, among other things. In addition, you monitor quality and ensure a neat and safe working environment.
Your tasks:
- Set up, operate and monitor production machines.
- Perform first-line maintenance and resolve minor technical malfunctions
- Check the quality of the products according to hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Registering production data and reporting to the team leader
- Cleaning and converting machines during product changes.
The production here runs 24/7. This means that you will be working in three shifts. The working hours are;
- Morning: 06:00 to 15:00
- Afternoon: 14:00 to 23:00
- Night: 22:30 to 06:30
Based on your availability you will be scheduled five days a week. On Saturdays and Sundays you will receive an additional 200% on top of your salary!
What we need
- Minimum 1 year experience as an Operator
- You speak good English
- Own transport to Berkel en Rodenrijs
