About the function
As a Laundry Operator at our facility in Bunschoten-Spakenburg, your main responsibility is to oversee the industrial washing process, ensuring that all linens are cleaned to the highest standards. Forget about a home washing machine—think big, industrial machinery! Your daily tasks include:
- Supervising the automated washing processes
- Quickly identifying and resolving any machine malfunctions
- Sorting and preparing laundry for washing
- Loading and unloading large washing machines
- Conducting and documenting quality control checks
- Reporting directly to the production manager
You'll be working 32 to 36 hours per week, typically across four days from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.
What we need
- MBO level of education or equivalent experience
- Technical insight and ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues
- Proficiency in Dutch at A2 level or above
- Ability to work well with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Physically active and capable of handling the demands of the role
