About the function
As a greenhouse worker, you are responsible for caring for the plants. Your main responsibilities include:
- Ground Preparation: You'll prepare and refresh the soil and substrate — setting the stage for healthy, thriving hydrangeas.
- Irrigation System Operation:You’ll monitor and manage our irrigation systems, both inside the greenhouse and outdoors, ensuring our plants get just the right amount of hydration.
- Plant Care & Maintenance:From pruning and fertilizing to protecting our blooms from pests, you'll nurture every stage of growth with care and attention
You will work from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (sometimes Saturdays)
What we need
Comfortable speaking English
A hands-on attitude and willingness to learn
Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
Previous experience in horticulture or agriculture is a plus — but not a must!
What we offer
- Receive an additional bonus if you drive one of our company cars to work!
- Gross hourly rate €14.06 per hour
- More than 38 h/ per week worked get an extra 35%
- Weekly payments
- Reimbursement of travel costs over 10 km/€0.23
- 8.33% holiday allowance
