About the function
As a coloring and flower preparation worker, you will play a key role in the coloring and preparation process, ensuring that the flowers are ready for shipping. Your tasks will include maintaining the quality of the work and strictly following procedures to ensure the highest quality of the final product. Key responsibilities:
- Responsibility for spraying and coloring flowers according to established standards
- Cleaning flowers using specified procedures and tools
- Hanging colored flowers to dry properly
- Careful packing of flowers and preparing them for shipment
You will work in a two-shift system from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of working on weekends:
- First shift: 05:00 AM – 04:00 PM
- Second shift: 05:00 PM – 03:00 AM
What we need
- Own accommodation
- Own transport – preferred
- Experience in similar work – preferred, especially in production or with flowers
- Ability to work in an environment with the scent of paint
- Availability for full-time work, including Saturdays if required by the workload

What we offer
- Hourly wage €14.06 gross per hour
- Transport provided from Rotterdam Zuid
- Overtime pay 126% for work beyond 40 hours per week
- Saturday overtime pay 150% for hours worked on Saturdays
- Holiday allowance 8.33% of the salary
- Vacation 25 days off for full-time work
