We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller – Large Machining for a position of 36–40 hours per week in 't Harde, working in a 4-shift system. You will set up and operate advanced CNC milling machines and produce large, complex, customer-specific components in small series with high precision. Salary €3180 – €5376 gross per month (depending on level and experience), plus 28% shift allowance and 8% holiday allowance.
About the function
We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller for the Large Machining (Grootverspaning) department of a high-tech manufacturing company.
You will manufacture complex, customer-specific components using advanced CNC milling machines. The work mainly involves large workpieces produced in small series with high precision. What will you do?
- Operate and set up CNC milling machines
- Machine large and complex workpieces
- Produce customer-specific components in small series
- Read technical drawings and clamping plans
- Set up your own work and machining process
- Select and set the correct cutting tools
- Replace and maintain tooling
- Monitor the machining process
- Perform measurements and quality checks
- Work independently and accurately within tight tolerances
What we need
- Relevant experience as a CNC Miller / CNC Frezer
- Experience with large machining is strongly preferred
- MBO working and thinking level
- Able to read technical drawings and clamping plans
- Good knowledge of CNC machine operation and controls
- Experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain and/or Siemens controls is relevant
- Experience selecting and setting cutting tools
- Knowledge of cutting and cooling fluids
- Able to set up and organise your own work independently
- Accurate and quality-oriented working method
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Willing to work in a 4-shift system, and in a 5-shift system in the future

- €3180 – €5376 gross per month, depending on level and experience
