We are looking for a Bench Fitter – Aluminium for a full-time position in 't Harde (A28, between Harderwijk and Zwolle), working in a 2- or 3-shift system. You will finish, check and prepare high-precision machined aluminium parts in a high-tech production environment. Salary €2769 – €3973 gross per month (depending on level and experience), plus shift allowance and 8% holiday allowance. Housing and transport can be arranged
About the function
We are looking for a Bench Fitter – Aluminium to finish and prepare machined aluminium parts in a high-tech production environment.
This is a hands-on technical position where you will work on high-precision, scratch-sensitive components for large machine frames and vacuum chambers used in the semiconductor, medical and defence industries. Do you have basic metalworking experience and a sharp eye for detail? Then you can also start at entry level and grow from there.
What will you do?
- Finish machined aluminium parts: deburring, grinding, chamfering, polishing and cleaning
- Drill and tap holes
- Fit inserts such as helicoils
- Check parts against the technical drawing
- Prepare parts for assembly and cleanroom use
- Handle high-precision, scratch-sensitive components with great care
What we need
- Experience as a bench fitter or metalworker; aluminium experience is a plus
- Starters with basic metal experience are welcome (start at level 1)
- Good hand skills and a sharp eye for detail and quality
- Able to read technical drawings
- English (Dutch is a plus)
- EU passport or valid NL work permit
- Willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift system
What we offer
- €2769 – €3973 gross per month (full-time), depending on level and experience
- Level 1: €2769 – €3603
- Level 2: €2810 – €3779
- Level 3: €2870 – €3973
- Shift allowance
