As an All-round Production Worker at Nenco in Berkel en Rodenrijs, you’ll support the operators during the packaging process and help keep the production line running smoothly. This is a stable, full-time job in a two-shift system, with clear structure and a pleasant working atmosphere. Good work!
About the function
As an All-round Production Worker, you’ll work closely with the line operator and assist in ensuring a smooth packaging process. You’ll work in a dry area (approximately 15°C) and be responsible for various tasks on and around the production line. This is a two-shift position, alternating between early and late shifts.
Your tasks include:
- Supporting the line operator during the packaging process
- Packing and handling products on the line
- Stacking boxes and preparing them for shipment
- Loading raw materials into the machines
- Keeping the workspace clean and organized
Working hours:
- Morning shift: 05:30 – 14:30
- Afternoon shift: 14:30 – 23:30
What we need
- Willingness to lift bags weighing 10–20 kg
- Available for a full-time 40-hour work week
- Immediately available for long-term work
- Basic English skills (A2 level)
- Motivated, reliable, and a good team player
What we offer
- Gross hourly wage: €14.06
- Shift allowance: +14% for shift work → total €16.03 per hour
- Travel allowance: €0.23 per km
- White coat and hairnet provided on-site
- Guidance at the start and a chance for permanent employment based on performance
- No work on national holidays or weekends
