As a Stock Control Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. Your efforts help customers receive exactly what they need, precisely when they need it. Good work!

About the function

As a  Stock Control Coordinator, you are responsible for monitoring both the physical inventory and system records, identifying discrepancies, and providing clear visibility of warehouse status for the team and customers. You handle inventory differences, process customer requests, and support the development of plans to improve inventory management. You collect, analyze, and report data, ensuring that inventory information is accurate, up-to-date, and useful. Your key responsibilities are:

  • Checking and reporting inventory results and resolving issues with shortages or surpluses
  • Monitoring stock levels and updating system data
  • Collecting information and preparing reports
  • Detecting and correcting errors in warehouse data
  • Assisting in improving inventory management processes

Working hours: Work takes place from Monday to Friday in two shifts:

  • 06:00 – 15:00
  • 15:00 – 00:00

After a few weeks, there is also the possibility of working on weekends.

What we need

  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Computer skills (TMS, e.g., SAP system, and Microsoft Office 365)
  • Experience operating EPT/stacker, forklift, and reach truck – we help you obtain certifications!
  • Independence and accuracy in your work

What we offer

  • Gross monthly salary: €2,556 – €2,810
  • 8% holiday allowance
  • 130% extra pay from Monday to Friday between 18:00–00:00
  • 150% pay on Saturdays and 200% on Sundays and public holidays
  • Full-time, 38 to 40 hours per week
