About the function
As a Reach Truck Driver at DHL in Weert, you play an important role in DHL's logistics process, contributing to a streamlined and efficient operation! Are you an experienced Reach truck driver and do you speak English? Do you have experience driving a reach truck, but do you not have a certificate? No problem! We offer the opportunity to obtain the certificate through us, entirely at our expense! Your main tasks are:
- Moving and storing goods: You ensure that incoming and outgoing goods are transported safely and accurately and placed in the correct location in the warehouse
- Inventory management:You keep an eye on the stock locations and ensure that the stock is in the right place, so that order processing runs smoothly
- Loading and unloading: With the help of the reach truck you help load and unload trucks
- Compliance with safety regulations: You work according to strict safety and quality guidelines to ensure both your own safety and that of your colleagues
- Maintenance of the reach truck: You ensure that the reach truck remains in good condition by checking it regularly and carrying out minor maintenance
- Collaborating with colleagues: You work closely with other departments within the warehouse to ensure a smooth flow of goods
As a reach truck driver at DHL Weert you work in a 2-shift system from Monday to Friday. The working hours are as follows:
- Morning shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Afternoon shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

- A salary starting of €14.06 per hour
- Allowances on top of your normal gross hourly wage:
-Mon to Fri: 130% from 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM
-Saturday: 150%
-Sundays and public holidays: 200%
