About the function
As a Reach Truck Driver, you and your colleagues put your shoulders to the wheel every day in the warehouse of a leading logistics company. You make sure all goods end up safely and in the right place. You work with modern equipment in both chilled (+4°C) and freezer spaces (-20°C), and of course, you will be provided with warm work clothing. Your main tasks include:
- Moving pallets with the reach truck
- Storing and retrieving goods from racks
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Scanning goods with a handheld scanner
- Checking quantities and identifying damages
- Ensuring a safe and tidy workplace
You will be part of an enthusiastic team within Food Logistics, where collegiality and safety come first. You work on weekdays, with day and evening shifts depending on the schedule.
What we need
- You have a valid reach truck certificate
- You have experience as a reach truck driver, warehouse employee, logistics worker, or a similar position
- Working in cold environments (chilled and freezer spaces) is not a problem for you
- You work safely, accurately, and are reliable
- You are motivated and have a flexible attitude
- You work well with colleagues
- You speak Dutch or English
