As a Warehouse Booker at DHL Weert, you play a vital role in keeping our outbound operations running smoothly. You will accurately process shipping orders in SAP and TMS, ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently. About the function
As a Warehouse Booker, you play a key role in ensuring that all outbound shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. You will work with SAP and TMS systems to manage shipping orders, while keeping the warehouse running smoothly and safely. Your work ensures that both the team and customers receive reliable, timely information about shipments.
You rey responsibilities will be:
- Scan, sort, and pack outgoing stock efficiently and accurately
- Manage and execute SAP and TMS programs following established procedures
- Complete all paperwork and documentation accurately as instructed
- You operate an electric pallet truck (EPT) when needed
- Identify and report any unsafe or inefficient conditions to management
The work times are from Monday till Friday in two shifts:
- 06:00AM till 15:00PM
- 15:00PM till 00:00PM
After a few weeks, there is the possibility to work on weekends as well.
What we need
- Solid basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
- Good english skills, both written and spoken
- Proven experience using computers, SAP, and various TMS programs
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in every task
- Proficient with computers and digital tools to streamline processes
- Holder of VGB and ELA certificates, demonstrating commitment to industry standards

What we offer
- Competitive gross wage of €14.77 per hour
- Additional 8% holiday allowance to reward your time off
- Extra pay: 130% for weekday evening shifts (Monday to Friday, 18:00 – 00:00)
- Premium rates for weekends: 150% on Saturdays, 200% on Sundays and public holidays
- Full-time role with 38–40 hours per week
