About the function
As an Orderpicker at this logistics organization in Nieuwegein, you make sure supermarkets receive their fresh products every day. Using a modern voice-picking system, available in Dutch, English, Polish, you collect orders in the warehouse. You walk a lot, pick products from shelves, and prepare orders for transport. You work quickly and accurately, because the stores depend on you. The job takes place in a refrigerated environment (around 4°C), so it’s important you are comfortable with cooler temperatures. You’ll receive clear instructions through the voice-picking system so you know exactly which products to collect.
Your tasks:
- Collecting products using a voice-picking system;
- Preparing and organizing trolleys for shipment;
- Checking product quantities and quality.
This job is for 40 hours per week. Your shifts will be scheduled as follows:
- Morning shift: 05:00–14:30
- Night shift: 19:30–04:00
What we need
- You have your own accomodation in The Netherlands. For this job we don't provide housing;
- You speak Dutch, English, or Polish;
- You’re physically fit and able to perform physical work;
- You’re comfortable working in a chilled environment (around 4°C);
- You’re flexible and willing to work weekends, morning shifts, and night shifts.

What we offer
- A salary of €14.99 gross per hour;
- Shift allowances of 25% to 45% on top of your hourly wage;
- Weekend allowances: 50% on Saturdays and 100% on Sundays;
