Orderpicker Waddinxveen – Cold Storage & Freezer Logistics

As an Orderpicker in Waddinxveen, you are the essential link in the logistics chain, ensuring fresh and frozen products are ready for shipment to stores. Your daily tasks revolve around accurately collecting orders in the cold storage and freezer sections, working with pick lists or handheld scanners. You make sure all items meet quality standards and are neatly packed onto pallets for transportation. You’ll work in a clean, modern warehouse environment where safety and teamwork come first. Expect to move around a lot, stay active, and wear suitable work clothing provided by the employer. Your main responsibilities:

• Collecting and preparing fresh and frozen orders using a scanner or pick list
• Checking the quality and expiry dates of products
• Stacking products safely and efficiently on pallets
• Keeping your work area clean and organized
• Reporting errors or shortages to your supervisor
• Working closely with colleagues to hit daily targets

You work full-time, 38 to 40 hours per week, usually in shifts. Typical shifts start early in the morning or late in the afternoon and can include weekends or holidays, depending on demand.
