About the function
As an Orderpicker HR in Waddinxveen, you start your day in a modern, bustling warehouse where teamwork is key. You make sure that all products are picked efficiently and correctly, so that stores across the region are well-stocked for customers. With a handheld scanner and your sharp eye, you walk through the aisles, collect items, and prepare orders for shipment. Lifting, moving, and sorting products is part of your daily routine. You’ll work side by side with colleagues who help each other meet the daily targets. Working days are from Monday to Saturday, with shifts between 06:00 and 18:00.
- Collect and pick orders accurately using a handheld scanner
- Prepare items for shipment and ensure correct labeling
- Keep your workspace tidy and organized
- Work closely with your team to hit daily goals
- Follow all safety guidelines in the warehouse
Working hours are 36 to 40 per week, with various shifts available.
What we need
- Vmbo working and thinking level
- Between 0 and 1 year of experience as an orderpicker, warehouse worker, or logistics assistant
- Able to speak and understand English
- Willingness to collaborate and work in a team
- Ambition to develop yourself and grow within logistics
