About the function
As an order picker, you play a key role in making sure every order is prepared promptly for delivery to our customers. You’ll work closely with your colleagues to get everything done efficiently. Your main tasks include:
- Collecting orders online
- Checking orders for quality
- Keeping track of stocks
In this role, you will have shifts scheduled across all seven days of the week. You’ll be part of a three-shift system, with shifts starting in the morning, afternoon, or night. Your typical working hours are:
- Morning: 06:00 am to 2:30 pm
- Afternoon: 2:30 p.m. 11 p.m.
- Evening: 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.
If you shine as an order picker, there’s an opportunity to grow into a trainer or team leader over time.
What we need
- You are available full-time; at least 35 hours per week
- You can get to Barendrecht by your own transport, e.g. car, bike.
- You are flexibly deployable, including weekends
- You are looking for a job for a longer period, at least one year
- Working in a cold environment is not a problem for you
What we offer
- Starting salary of €15.57 (incl. 8.1% adv). After 13 weeks the salary is € 15.79 (incl. 8.1 adv)
- Shift bonus on Sundays and public holidays up to 150% on top of your salary
