About the function
As an Order Picker at Hoogvliet in Bleiswijk, you play a key role in making sure all orders are collected correctly, quickly, and completely. Using a voice-picking system and an electric pallet truck (EPT), you gather products in different warehouse sections – including chilled, frozen, and ambient areas. You’ll work in a modern distribution center, where teamwork and accuracy are central. The job is active and requires you to be on your feet, similar to roles in other major supermarket distribution centers. Your main responsibilities include:
- Collecting orders efficiently and accurately with voice-picking and EPT
- Handling products in chilled, frozen, and ambient sections
- Ensuring orders are complete and ready for timely shipment
- Working both independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Following safety and hygiene procedures at all times
- Assisting with stock checks and basic inventory tasks You’ll work in two shifts: day shift (06:00 – 14:00) and night shift (20:00 – 04:00). Candidates should be open to night work, physically fit, and interested in a long-term position.

What we offer
- Starting gross salary: € 16,20 per hour (including € 1,21 ADV allowance)
- Evening shift bonus (20:00 – 22:00): 25% extra, € 17,99 per hour
- Night shift bonus (22:00 – 06:00): 50% extra, € 22,49 per hour
- Overtime (over 40 hours): 35% extra, € 20,24 per hour
- Saturday bonus: 30% extra, € 19,49 per hour
- Sunday bonus: 50% extra, € 22,49 per hour
- Public holiday bonus: 100% extra, € 29,98 per hour
