About the function
As an Order picker in Albert Heijn, you play an essential role in making sure that online supermarket orders are picked, checked, and ready for delivery. The work environment is energetic and collaborative, with your team working together to meet the needs of customers. You will often be moving around the warehouse, sometimes in cooler areas, so you are always on your feet and active.
Main responsibilities include:
- Picking online orders using a handheld scanner
- Checking the quality and accuracy of orders
- Managing and organizing stock
- Following warehouse instructions and safety guidelines
- Collaborating with team members to meet order deadlines
You will work in a 3-shift system, with shifts running: Morning (06:00 – 14:30), Afternoon (14:30 – 23:00), and Night (23:00 – 06:00), including weekends.
What we need
- Available to work 5 days a week, including weekends
- Live in private accommodation in the Netherlands
- Willing to work in a 3-shift system (morning, afternoon, night)
- Comfortable working in cold environments
- Looking for a long-term position
- English speaking skills

What we offer
- Salary from € 14.99 up to € 24.53 per hour (depending on shift and experience)
- Shift bonuses: 150% pay between 22:00–06:00, up to 200% on Sundays and public holidays
- 8.33% holiday allowance
