About the function
As an Order Picker AH Bleiswijk, you make sure all customer orders are collected on time and correctly in the large distribution center in Bleiswijk. You pick products from the shelves, scan them with a handheld scanner, and prepare them for shipping. You’ll work closely with your teammates in a friendly team where every day is different. Your workspace is clean, safe, and well-organized—you work among the shelves, sometimes using an electric pallet truck. You work with attention to detail and enjoy taking action. Your tasks include:
- Collecting orders using a handheld scanner
- Checking products for quality and expiration dates
- Preparing packages for shipping
- Keeping your workspace clean and safe
- Thinking along with the team for smooth operations
You work in shifts, during the day and in the evening, from Monday through Saturday. Your schedule is made in consultation with you.
What we need
- VMBO working and thinking level
- At least 0 to 2 years of experience as an order picker, warehouse employee, or logistics worker
- Willing to work shifts, including evenings and Saturdays
- You speak and understand sufficient Dutch
- You live within 50 km of Bleiswijk
- You are accurate and action-oriented
- Having your own transportation is a plus
