About the function
Together with the Receiving Team, you will ensure an efficient receiving process by preparing and monitoring the daily planning for incoming seed deliveries. You’ll assess the visual quality of deliveries with specific requirements, receive, collect, and register various data related to incoming seeds.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Taking samples to assess moisture content and visual characteristics
- Processing data from completed tasks in the SAP system
- Verifying various data such as quantity, weight, etc., of incoming seed batches
- Ensuring optimal tracking and monitoring of seed inventory in the system
- Creating and adjusting solid plans for processing orders when needed
- (Re)labeling and (re)packaging incoming seed batches
What we need
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Office programs
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
- Experience in a production/logistics environment
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Own accommodation and transport
