As a logistics team member, you are responsible for the safe and efficient handling, transportation, and management of goods within our production environment. Working in a 3-shift rotation, you will operate both a reach truck and a forklift for internal transport. Together with your colleagues, you ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to the correct locations, helping to keep the production process running smoothly.
About the function
You are part of the logistics team and work closely with departments such as Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Planning.
- Loading and unloading trucks using a reach truck and forklift
- Internally transporting raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products
- Checking and processing incoming and outgoing goods in the system
- Registering, labeling, and physically storing materials in the warehouse
- Collecting and delivering parts for production orders (order picking)
- Identifying and reporting deviations or damages to the appropriate department
- Working according to applicable safety and quality procedures
- Maintaining a tidy and safe work environment
What we need
- MBO-level education (secondary vocational education), preferably in logistics
- In possession of a valid forklift and reach truck certificate
- Experience in a logistics role, preferably in a production environment
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (morning/evening/night)
- Familiarity with working according to quality and safety standards (experience in aerospace or high-tech is a plus)
- You are precise, independent, and resilient under pressure
- Experience with ERP systems or scanners is a plus
