DHL Weert is looking for an Inbound logistics employee who will play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. With your support, incoming goods from both inside and outside the EU will be booked accurately, handled safely, and communicated clearly across teams and with customers. You’ll be at the heart of the action—your attention to detail and hands-on approach will help everything flow more efficiently. About the function

As an inbound logistics employee for DHL Weert, you will be an important part of our warehouse team. You will help manage materials coming into the warehouse from both inside and outside the EU. You will use different systems to book deliveries and will stay in contact with customers and colleagues to make sure everything is correct and nothing is missed. You'll act as a key link between operations, customer service, and inventory control, balancing coordination and teamwork. When needed, you’ll also support the Inbound BB or Teamleader, helping the team stay efficient and focused. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment where every detail matters, this position is a great fit. During the work you will:

  • Book incoming materials in SAP (from within and outside the EU).
  • Log and track any delivery issues
  • Pack and unpack materials with care, and always with safety first.
  • Keep in touch with customers via email and TRS, making sure everything stays transparent and on track.
  • Being a dependable support for your team—stepping in for the Inbound BB or Teamleader when needed.

You’ll work Monday to Friday, with two shifts to choose from. The first shift starts bright and early at 06:00 and finishes at 15:00, while the second shift starts at 15:00 and finishes at 00:00. What we need

  • Basic logistics knowledge and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong English skills (both spoken and written), and solid computer skills (Microsoft Office 365).
  • Valid EPT and/or stacker certificates
  • Flexibility to support the team and step in as needed for Inbound BB or Teamleader.
