As a Warehouse Booking Employee within the Inbound department at DHL Weert, you are essential to the seamless flow of our inbound operations. You will manage shipping orders in SAP and TMS with precision, ensuring that goods are handled safely and efficiently. Your efforts keep both teams and customers well-informed, directly contributing to the success of our logistics. Good work!
About the function
As a Warehouse Inbound Booking Employee, you play a key role in ensuring that all inbound shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. You will work with SAP and TMS systems to manage incoming orders, while keeping the warehouse running smoothly and safely. Your work ensures that both the team and customers receive reliable, timely information about stock arrivals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Scan, and sort incoming stock efficiently and accurately
- Manage and execute SAP and TMS processes according to established procedures
- Complete all paperwork and documentation accurately as instructed
- Operate an electric pallet truck (EPT) when needed
- Identify and report any unsafe or inefficient conditions to management
The work times are from Monday till Friday in day shift:
- 08:00 - 17.00
What we need
- Solid basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
- Good english skills, both written and spoken
- Experience using computers, SAP, and various TMS programs
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in every task
- Holder of VGB and ELA certificates, demonstrating commitment to industry standards
