About the function
As a forklift operator in fruit and food logistics in Bleiswijk, you work with fresh products on a daily basis. You will be in a modern, cooled warehouse where you are responsible for loading and unloading goods with the forklift. You move and store pallets, often containing perishable goods like fruit and other food items. You carefully inspect incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring everything ends up in the right place and quality standards are met. You also help maintain a clean and safe workspace, as hygiene and safety are top priorities. You will work day shifts, allowing for a good work-life balance. Working days are Monday through Friday, between 07:00 and 18:00, depending on the schedule.
What we need
- Proven experience as a forklift operator
- Valid forklift certificate
- Experience in fruit or food logistics is a big plus
- You work accurately and have an eye for quality
- Willingness to work in a cooled environment (if applicable)
- VMBO (secondary vocational) working and thinking level
- You live within 30 km of Bleiswijk
