About the function
• Make sure everything runs smoothly within one of the distribution center departments, such as Receiving, Shipping, or Returns
• Coordinate and motivate your team on the floor, stepping in where needed
• Allocate staff effectively, especially during busy periods like in the Fruit & Vegetables department
• Ensure stores receive products on time and in full by maintaining workflow and quality
• Step in as the point of contact and leader when the team leader is away
• Work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, sometimes in a cooled environment like the Fresh department
• Operate in a modern, nearly 24/7 distribution center with irregular hours and attractive shift premiums for evening, night, and weekend work
What we need
• At least mbo 3 working and thinking level
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a logistics environment, for example as a logistics team leader, assistant supervisor, or foreman
• You enjoy leading and motivating colleagues
• Willing to work irregular hours (evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays)
• You’re proactive, take initiative, and make clear decisions

What we offer
• Gross salary between € 2,756 and € 3,182 every 4 weeks based on 40 hours
• Premiums up to 100% for evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Paid for 40 hours, but you only work 37 hours per week
